Beyonce and Jay-Z add new album to streaming services and iTunes

June 18, 2018

Beyoncé and Jay-Z have added their brand new collaborative album to major streaming services and iTunes.

Originally a timed exclusive to TIDAL, Everything Is Love, featuring the new single APES**T, is now available across Spotify, Apple Music and Deezer, while it is now available to download for the first time on iTunes and Amazon.

Everything Is Love was revealed following The Carters' final On The Run II UK tour performance at London Stadium, London. The video to APES**T was played to the audience in full to close the show.

Everything Is Love is nine tracks long, and features uncredited vocals from Pharrell, Ty Dolla $ign, plus Quavo and Offset of Migos. One more track Salud! - billed as a non-album promotional song - remains exclusive to TIDAL.

Beyoncé and Jay-Z drop joint album 'Everything Is Love'

June 17, 2018

A joint Beyoncé-Jay-Z album has finally dropped after years of rumors. Titled "Everything Is Love," the announcement was made by Tidal, the streaming company owned by Jay-Z. It features nine tracks, each credited to Beyoncé and Jay-Z — or The Carters — and clocks in at just under 40 minutes.

The album, unusually brief for both artists, sent fans scrambling to sign up for Tidal, a subscription-based music streaming service started by Jay-Z and other artists. That's where they could find the bonus track called "Salud" that the duo presumably felt didn't fit with the album's sequence.

According to unofficial credits, the album features production from Pharrell Williams (two tracks, "Nice" and "Apes---"), Cool & Dre, Boi-1Da, Vory, Jahaan Sweet and Sevn Thomas, and guest spots from Migos ("Apes---") and Pharrell.

Beyoncé arrives in Manchester for On The Run II

June 13, 2018

Beyoncé and Jay-Z have landed in Manchester ready for their show at the Etihad Stadium tonight.

Pop's power couple were spotted landing in two separate helicopters at City Airport & Heliport in Salford, before being driven away towards the venue.

Beyoncé was pictured getting off one of the choppers wearing a black hooded coat and clutching a magazine as she was ushered towards a waiting van.

Her rapper husband is believed to have travelled in the other helicopter. There was no sign of the couple's daughter Blue Ivy or twins Rumi and Sir in their entourage.

Beyoncé and Jay-Z renew wedding vows

June 13, 2018

Forget the princess bride; Beyoncé was a queen at her and Jay-Z's vow renewal ceremony.

The couple recently kicked off their On the Run II tour and their concerts have featured personal videos. While Jay-Z's "Young Forever" is played, the audience is shown footage of the couple dressed up in white at a vow renewal ceremony with their three kids, with now-11-month-old twins Rumi and Sir front and center. Their grandma Tina Knowles Lawson posted a screenshot from the footage on her Instagram page.

Bey wore the Galia Lahav Thelma Victorian wedding dress, which retails for more than $15,000, to the vow renewal ceremony. The Israeli designer's team expressed excitement about her choice after the footage came out.

"YES, IT HAPPENED! Queen B has worn our dress to her vow renewal with her husband Jay-Z and we couldn't be more ecstatic about it!" read a post published on Galia Lahav's website. "This is a dream come true to be able to dress Miss Beyoncé herself on such a major event in her life. A moment so special we wanted to share it with you all!"

The gown off-the-shoulder gown pays homage to Queen Victoria's wedding look. It is made up of a corset bodice adorned with Swarovski crystals and pearls, a sheer back made of blush-colored chantilly lace over a shimmery background, multiple sheer cut-outs, sheer drape silk tulle sleeves and a detachable ivory Victorian bustle train made of silk organza and featuring a big vintage lace medallion in the center.

"We are grateful to have given this opportunity to work with such an icon and we can't wait until the next time we'll see Beyoncé in Galia Lahav," the designer's team wrote.

Tiffany Haddish Finally Reveals Who Bit Beyonce

June 13, 2018

One of the most profoundly unsettling mysteries of our time has finally been solved: Tiffany Haddish has revealed exactly who bit Beyoncé that fateful night last December, a story she recounted in GQ in March. As rumored, actress Sanaa Lathan is the alleged culprit, Haddish confirmed today, ending at least one national nightmare in which a Beyoncé biter moved through our midst anonymously.

A recap of the supposed offense: at a party for Jay-Z's 4:44 album, Haddish said she witnessed "this actress there that’s just, like, doing the mostest,” aka, unfathomably, “She bit Beyoncé in the face . . . so Beyoncé stormed away, went up to Jay Z, and was like, ‘Jay! Come here! This bitch—’ and snatched him," Haddish recounted. "They went to the back of the room. I was like, ‘What just happened?’ And Beyoncé’s friend walked up and was like, ‘Can you believe this bitch just bit Beyoncé?’”

At the time, Haddish said, Beyoncé asked her to chill: “Beyoncé and Jay Z walked by me, and I tapped Beyoncé,” at which point she told B, “I’m going to beat somebody ass at your party. I just want to let you know that.” Beyoncé asked her to “have fun” instead, but not before they had a final conversation about the incident. “Near the end of the party . . . Beyoncé’s at the bar, so I said to Beyoncé, ‘Did she really bite you?’ She was like, ‘Yeah.’ I was like, ‘She gonna get her ass beat tonight.’" At that point Beyoncé offered her own reasoning for the alleged nibbling: "She was like, ‘Tiffany, no. Don’t do that. That bitch is on drugs. She not even drunk. The bitch is on drugs. She not like that all the time. Just chill.’”

Beyoncé and Jay-Z Launch BeyGOOD/Do Good Campaign

Beyoncé and Jay-Z have teamed up with two of the world's most prestigious youth-focused initiatives, The Prince's Trust and Global Citizen, to reward fans for being kind, charitable and doing good for others. Fans who volunteer through these organizations will be given the opportunity to win a pair of tickets to the United Kingdom and European dates on the OTR all stadium tour.

The BeyGOOD/DoGood campaign kicks off in the UK on June 6 in Cardiff, Wales, with The Prince's Trust, the youth charity founded by HRH The Prince of Wales in 1976, to help change young lives. Beyoncé also partnered with The Prince's Trust in 2014 during her solo Mrs. Carter Show World Tour.

Global Citizen continues the campaign in Europe starting on June 19 in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. First launched in 2012, Global Citizen is an international advocacy organization working to end extreme poverty by 2030. In addition to performing twice at the Global Citizen Festival in Central Park, in New York City, Beyoncé has joined forces with Global Citizen through Gucci's CHIME FOR CHANGE with a focus on social issues faced by women and girls globally.

"The united efforts of BeyGOOD/DoGood, along with our amazing partners The Prince's Trust and Global Citizen, are calling upon you to lift your voices, lend your hands and share your creativity as active and positive forces for doing good," states Ivy McGregor, Director of Philanthropy (BeyGOOD) and Corporate Relations for Parkwood Entertainment. "Wherever you are and whatever skills, talents and resources you possess, are of value to others in your community, country and across the globe."

The BeyGOOD/DoGood initiative was created to encourage fans to engage in philanthropic activism and volunteerism, along the OTR ll stadium tour markets, with a focus on local communities. Through The Prince's Trust and Global Citizen, fans are given a series of actions they can choose that show their willingness to give back to their communities, whether it is giving their time or lending their voices.

Both organizations will have an online volunteer sign-up component to win a pair of general tickets, and an auction for a chance to win a pair of VIP tickets to the OTR ll stadium tour in the UK and Europe in select markets. The Prince's Trust, additionally, will have an option for online donations, which will help UK youth facing tremendous life crisis, including homelessness, unemployment and mental well-being issues.

Nick Stace, UK Chief Executive of The Prince's Trust, says, "Beyoncé has supported The Prince's Trust for many years and understands the importance of giving young people who have faced setbacks in life the chance of a brighter future. We want every young person to have the chance to succeed. We aim to empower them with the confidence and skills they need to take control of their lives and realize their ambitions, so that they can live, learn and earn."

"It is a tremendous honor for Global Citizen to be named official charity partner for the European leg of the On the Run II tour," says Hugh Evans, CEO of Global Citizen. "Through their collective support of our mission, Beyoncé and JAY-Z have helped millions of people access clean water and sanitation which is core to our mission of ending extreme poverty."

The OTR II stadium tour begins on Wednesday, June 6th in Cardiff. The international outing will stop in 15 cities across the UK and Europe and 21 cities in North America.

The tour is presented by Live Nation Global Touring in association with Parkwood Entertainment and Roc Nation.
