Beyonce and Jay-Z were spotted leaving Naples this morning, as the singer is set to kick off the Latin American leg of The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour in Fortaleza, Brazil tonight. Just in time for the first concert, The BeyHive Blog has been updated with Brazil-related Hot Links.
