Who did you admire growing up?
Aaliyah. And I love Beyonce – she's the queen of everything.
She's the most remarkable performer and musician. And this is just my humble opinion, but I just think she's better than everyone else making music right now.

Are you still starstruck by her?
Yes, and I met her – and I cried! It was so embarrassing. It was at the Met Ball. I was ****ing around with Kanye and she was sitting there, chilling and eating dinner. I freaked out. And I realized she saw me being a dummy and I started crying. Then I saw her expression, like, "Girl, get your **** together." I had to walk away and get myself together and pat my face, then come back to properly say hi! And if I meet her again someday, I'll probably cry again.

Perhaps one day you'll be tourmates.
(look of shock) I don't think... Ah, don't even get me aghast right now. Look at me, you already have me thinking about it! It would be so ****ing crazy.

A new report on Radar Online claims that the singer and reality star, both 31, clashed at the Budweiser Made in America festival in Philadelphia last weekend -- with Jay-Z's wife angrily confronting Kanye West's girlfriend for hogging the cameras of a documentary film crew. "That report is absurd," a source close to Beyonce tells Us Weekly. Indeed, the "I Was Here" singer "loves Kim," and "there's absolutely no beef."

What really went down at the concert? "When Beyonce saw Kim at the concert, she ran over and gave her the biggest hug," the source explains, adding that Blue Ivy's mom eventually joined Kardashian in the dressing room after watching her husband of four years perform.

First Lady Michelle Obama gave a speech at the Democratic National Convention on September 4. When she was leaving the stage, Beyonce's song "Move Your Body" was played in the background.

Beyonce posted a video of the speech on her website. She wrote, "Our First Lady delivers a truly inspiring & uplifting speech at the Democratic National Convention."

Beyoncé shared a romantic dinner for two last night (Wednesday) with Jay-Z as she rung in her 31st birthday.

With baby Blue Ivy tucked up in bed, the new mother enjoyed some alone time with her 42-year-old husband as they dined at The Michelangelo Restaurant in Antibes, France.

The pair dined on lavish Italian cuisine, with the singer pulling out all the stops in the wardrobe department.

Knowles arrived for her evening out in a leg-baring zipped dress, wearing her curly locks loose around her shoulders.

Socialite Nicole Richie is in awe of singer Beyonce Knowles for her fearlessness.

Richie admits she loves how "fearless" Knowles is and "always" checks out what she is wearing, reports contactmusic.com.

"I'm a fan of anybody who is as fearless with their looks as Beyonce is. I'm always excited to see what she's wearing," she said.

"My wardrobe has gone through so many different stages. When I was a kid, there was an odd-socks phase; my mother was too embarrassed to go out with me. When I'm 40, I'll go, 'What was I thinking when I was 30?'," she added.

Beyonce's '4' album 'made more sense' to producer Diplo - who worked on two tracks on it - once he found out she was pregnant.

The producer and his DJ partner Switch worked on two tracks on the album, first single 'Run the World (Girls)' and 'End of Time', and although he was initially confused by why it was such an 'adult' album, he grew to love it.

He exclusively told BANG Showbiz at the launch of Red Bull Culture Clash: 'When it first came out, I wished I had worked on more of the record, but after a year passed I became a huge fan.

'We knew the two records that we did, but when it came out it had all those ballads, and then I realised, it made a lot more sense when I found out she was pregnant.

'In the studio I didn't know really where she was with her attitude but it's a very adult record.

'She's made a lot of dance and club records, but this whole album is a very adult record, and in retrospect I really appreciate it a lot, more than I did when I first heard it.'

The American pop star is chalking out her schedule to make a trip late this year to promote her fashion line House Of Dereon that has been launched in India on the portal www.rock.in. “Beyoncé is keen to come down. The dates and the cities she will visit are still in the planning stage,” says an insider.

Knowles, on her part, can’t wait to get a taste of the country after her last visit in 2007. “I am glad to showcase my collection to the Indian audience. I am very fond of Indian style, in fact during my last visit, I shopped a lot from India. However, I found the food to be very spicy because of the exotic spices,” she says. Suraj Sharma, CEO of the portal confirms the news and says, “We are excited about the association.”
