Beyoncé Posts Tribute to Blue Ivy Following Their Mother-Daughter Performance

Klaudia//May 29, 2023
Beyoncé just shared a gushing tribute to her oldest child, Blue Ivy Carter.

On Friday, the music icon's 11-year-old daughter joined her onstage at the Renaissance World Tour's stop in Paris, where the preteen performed with her mom in front of 70,000 people. In a rare public comment about her family, the "Crazy In Love" singer celebrated the appearance, sharing sweet slow-mo clips of Blue performing among the back up dancers and striking a smiling pose mid-song.

"My beautiful first born 🙏🏾 I’m so proud and thankful to be your mama. You bring us so much joy, my sweet angel," Bey captioned the post.

'Beyoncé is wearing my jeans!' Markus Klinko's best shot

Klaudia//May 27, 2023
‘This was for the cover of Beyoncé’s Dangerously in Love album. She thought pairing the diamond top with a skirt would look too red carpet. But she hadn’t brought any jeans – so I gave her mine’

I was a classical concert harpist before I became a photographer. I studied at the Paris conservatoire and signed with EMI Classics. Then, in 1994, aged 33, a hand injury prevented me from playing. I made a quick decision to do something else and that’s how I became a photographer – despite the fact I had never owned a camera. I had read a book about photography but that was it. I sold all my harps and spent $100,000 on photo equipment before ever taking a picture. I locked myself in my apartment, got a store mannequin and just started practising with the same intensity I had done with the harp.

In the beginning, because I had been a musician, I wasn’t interested in shooting musicians. I only wanted to shoot sexy models. My dream was to shoot for Playboy. But just a few years later, it was the music industry that reached out to me. I didn’t want to do it but my agent was screaming at me to, saying: “You’re crazy!”

I shot Beyoncé for the first time in 2000 for Vibe magazine, when she was part of Destiny’s Child. I knew she was a superstar right away. She walked in and I said to her mother, Tina, who was styling the shoot: “This one in the middle here, she’s going to be a huge star.” Tina looked at me like: “Yeah, we know.” After that, things really started taking off with music shoots.

Beyoncé Is Launching A Renaissance Pop-Up In London Next Week

Klaudia//May 26, 2023
For BeyHive members who were unable to secure tickets to Beyoncé’s Renaissance world tour, and her historic five-night residency at London’s Tottenham Hotspur stadium, we bring a silver lining to your sadness. Because the team at Flannels have got in “Formation” to bring you a complete in-store takeover by Queen Bey herself inside the luxury retailer’s flagship store in the capital.

The “Renaissance flagship” – which from Tuesday 30 May 2023 will be situated in Flannels X, the retailer’s experiential cultural hub – brings you everything you need to soak in the Beyoncé excitement. Even its exterior facade will transform into a 360-degree digital display that delves into the visual and auditory splendour of the Renaissance era.

“Crazy in Love” for tour merch? No fear. As the luxury retail partner for the Renaissance World Tour collection, Flannels brings you a 19-piece memorabilia offering, sold for the first time outside of stadium venues, including exclusive “London Has a Problem” and “Cuff It” tees.

Obsessed with Beyoncé and Olivier Rousteing of Balmain’s co-designed Renaissance Couture collection? Flannel’s has you covered. Beyoncé pays tribute to her musical inspiration Tina Turner

Klaudia//May 25, 2023
Beyoncé is paying tribute to the late Tina Turner.

“My beloved queen, I love you endlessly,” Beyoncé wrote in a message on her website. “I’m so grateful for your inspiration, and all the ways you have paved the way.”

“You are strength and resilience,” she continued. “You are the epitome of power and passion. We are all so fortunate to have witnessed your kindness and beautiful spirit that will forever remain. Thank you for all you have done.”

Her message featured a photo of the pair holding hands and bowing at the 2008 Grammy Awards, where they performed Turner’s hit “Proud Mary” together.

Beyoncé had two Tinas in her life.

Tina Knowles, Beyoncé’s mother, posted video on Instagram on Wednesday of her daughter meeting up with her musical inspiration Turner to rehearse for that Grammys performance. Knowles wrote in the caption, “I remember this day like it was yesterday. It was the day that Beyoncé was to rehearse with Tina Turner for the Grammys.”

Beyoncé and Jay-Z buy most expensive home ever in California

Klaudia//May 21, 2023
Beyoncé and Jay-Z just set a record with their $200 million mega mansion purchase in Malibu. It's the most expensive home ever sold in California and second most expensive real estate deal in the country, TMZ reports.

The 8-acre concrete compound overlooks the Pacific Ocean in the exclusive Paradise Cove area and was designed by famed Japanese architect, Tadao Ando. The 40,000 square foot home doubles as an art museum as the property was commissioned by modern art collectors Bill and Maria Bell more than a decade ago. It's no surprise, then, that the superstars took to the estate as their private art collection is said to be quite impressive.

The Malibu project took almost 15 years to build. According to Morley Construction Co., the project's contractor, design qualities include a water feature and a pool while utilizing 7,645 cubic yards of concrete.

If you can believe it, Jay-Z and Beyoncé got somewhat of a deal on the estate as the property was quietly listed for $295 million, per TMZ.

Let's take a look inside.

Edinburgh airport (May 20)

Klaudia//May 21, 2023
Beyonce cut a low-key figure as she arrived in Edinburgh ahead of her concert at the Murrayfield Stadium on Saturday.

Beyonce donned an all-black outfit and threw over a black hoodie, concealing her face beneath the jumper.

The Love On Top hitmaker completed her look with a pair of comfortable boots as she opted for a more laidback figure than her stage ensembles.

She was spotted getting off the plane and heading on to a black minibus as she geared up for the much-anticipated show.

Beyoncé Teams Up with Kendrick Lamar for 'America Has a Problem' Remix

Klaudia//May 20, 2023
Beyoncé and Kendrick Lamar are bringing a new Renaissance.

On Friday, the singer surprised fans by releasing a remix to the track, 'America Has a Problem,' off her Grammy Award-winning seventh studio album.

While the remix sticks to its original dance beat, it quickly goes into Lamar's verse a few seconds in, which includes an ode to the Beyhive and artificial intelligence with lyrics that include: "Hold up, wait a minute / Even AI gotta practice clonin' Kendrick / The double entendre, the encore remnants / I bop like tin men, the opps need ten men."

Beyoncé's Beauty Brand to Include Fragrances

Klaudia//May 19, 2023
Beauty has a new megawatt entrant — Beyoncé.

The winner of 32 Grammys took to Instagram Tuesday night to announce her latest venture, which appears to be a hair care brand.

Sources tell WWD that the brand is helmed by Beyoncé’s mother, Tina Knowles-Lawson, and is also developing fragrances. The brand’s name and launch timing could not be learned. A spokesperson for Beyoncé did not return a request for comment by press time.

Though many celebrities have entered beauty in recent years, sources are bullish on Beyoncé’s business prospects. “I mean, she is the biggest, and her mom had a salon. It will be authentic. It’s going to be huge if she has science behind it,” one source said. “They’re laying the foundation, they’re building up the hype. It’s getting more press than God and who even knows when it’s coming out.”
